Supported Media Uploads

The Upload Files feature in My Library allows you to upload images and videos that can be used across your content library, posts, and campaigns. You can either drag and drop your files into the upload window or click the upload area to browse files from your device.

The upload dialog currently supports:

• Up to 10 files per upload
• Maximum file size: 100 MB per file
• Supported formats:
• Images: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), SVG (.svg)
• Videos: MP4 (.mp4), WEBM (.webm)

1. Navigate to My Library.
2. Click the + button to open the Upload Files window.
3. Drag and drop your files into the upload area, or click Browse to select files from your computer.
4. Once your files have been added, click Upload.
5. Wait for the upload to complete before closing the window.

For the best upload experience, we recommend:

• Using high-quality images with clear resolution.
• Uploading videos in MP4 format for maximum compatibility.
• Keeping file names short and descriptive.
• Avoiding files larger than 100 MB.
• Ensuring your internet connection remains stable during the upload process.

My file won't upload

Check the following:

• The file format is supported.
• The file size does not exceed 100 MB.
• You are uploading no more than 10 files at once.
• Your internet connection is stable.

Upload is taking a long time

Large files may require additional time to process. If the upload appears to be stalled, refresh the page and try again.

Unsupported file type

Only the following formats are currently accepted:

• JPG / JPEG
• PNG
• SVG
• MP4
• WEBM

If your file uses a different format, convert it to one of the supported types before uploading.
