- Reconnect proactively — Don't wait for tokens to expire. Reconnect every 60 days as a habit.
- Use business accounts — Personal LinkedIn profiles have lower posting limits than Company pages.
- Space out your schedule — Avoid scheduling more than 5 posts per channel per day to stay well within rate limits.
- Keep one Admin connected — Ensure at least one Admin always has valid tokens so approval workflows are never blocked.
- Monitor the integrations dashboard — Check Settings → Social Channels weekly for yellow or red status badges.
