Evergreen Schedules
Keep a steady flow of content going with automated evergreen posting queues.
Overview
Evergreen scheduling lets you build a rotating queue of posts that publish automatically on a set cadence. Once the queue runs through, it loops back to the start — ideal for evergreen content that stays relevant over time.
Setting Up a Queue
- Go to Content → Evergreen Schedules.
- Click + New Queue.
- Name the queue, select the channels to post to, and set your posting times (e.g., Mon 9 am, Wed 12 pm, Fri 3 pm).
- Click Create.
Adding Content to the Queue
Open your queue and click Add Post. Select existing posts from your Content Library or create a new one. Drag to reorder items in the queue. The queue will pause automatically if it runs out of approved content and notify you to add more.
